In these days of advancing technology, more and more obsolete electronic equipment is being sent to the landfill. This issue of E-waste is a toxic reality, and Shreveport Green would like to help prevent these noxious materials from entering our landfill. So, we have decided to do our part by collecting used inkjet and laser computer printer cartridges and old cellular phones at the recycling center and refurbishing those that still work and recycling those that don’t! By partnering with such companies as Recycle First and Collective Good, we hope to dispose of these items in a socially and environmentally responsible way! If you think that you would be interested in donating your old cell phone to Shreveport Green, either drop it off at the recycling center or click here to mail it in: http://www.collectivegood.com/forms/Shreveport Green form.pdf
