Extreme Garden Makeover

Every year, Shreveport Green gives you a chance to transform your yard into the yard of your dreams!  This is Shreveport Green's annual and only fundraiser. Our vision for Shreveport is a clean, green, physically enhanced community, making this fundraiser the most fitting for what we’re working hard to accomplish in Shreveport!  With it, we are better able to further our mission with enhancement projects and environmental programs.  This year’s winner was drawn on May 28, 2007 at 5:00 p.m. The winner, Deborah Kiel, tells us that she is a plant addict, but not a true gardener and that she is very excited to receive a new and beautiful yard! She and Jerome Nicholas, the landscape designer, have been discussing her possibilities and will begin planting in the fall!
